  I was fortunate enough to receive a Cookie by Design bouquet many years ago and I was so impressed with the quality of the cookies, as well as, the care put into the artistry of the frosting. The presenation and delicious taste were so amazing that I knew I would become an instant customer!
  I've been a return customer for several years now and the quality of the entire gift, i.e. every cookie, frosting design, and homease taste is still strong. I always know that when I order an arrangement from CbD, that my recipient will love it and be impressed! It's a unique and tasty treat that I know will be great every time...unlike when you buy flowers, you never really know what's going to be delivered, and it's typically less than advertised!

  Believe me, I am a CBD addict!! There used to be one down the street from my office but it is no longer there....THEN I found the Pleasanton store and ALL IS GOOD! I order these for everything, new babies, birthdays, anniversaries. They are so helpful and really make you know that your gift will get there on time and in great condition. I even had someone call me back and say that I had forgotten to use the 10% off coupon (which I didn't know I had) so they applied that too!. If you need a cookie bouquet, do NOT hesitate to use this Cookies By Design store!!!!

  Mary was beyond helpful and pleasant. She came through with everything I asked for and did so with an upbeat attitude and a really sincere interest. I was ordering from Michigan to be sent to a business in Milpitas, an hour from her store. I asked for a partially custom design, an invoice sent via email, and a photo of the design. She was more than willing to do all and followed through. I also asked the next day if the order had been delivered and she checked on it for me. She answered every email promptly and also every phone call. I could not have been more pleased, given the long distance order, and the recipient was thrilled, and said the cookies, shared with his colleagues, were pronounced delicious by everyone.
